Gamble Creek Farms is a 26-acre, certified organic farm in Parrish, Fla., producing fruits, vegetables, and herbs that source the community and the three Chiles Hospitality restaurants year-round. Chiles Hospitality, owned by Ed Chiles, has been a steward for the farm since 2013, before purchasing it in 2021. Its mission is to bring fresh produce to its restaurants and residents while making a greater environmental impact.
