For more than a decade, Metz Culinary Management has been a part of the Sarasota community by providing on-site dining services for New College of Florida, P.G.T. Metz, Jr., co-founder of Marlow’s Tavern, uses fresh local ingredients that are thoughtfully prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Curtis Hawk. In addition to fine dining, The Ringling Grillroom also offers catering for private and corporate events through Culinary Creations by Metz, led by the director of catering and events, Becky Souflis.
